Church

All Saints, Foston, with Thornton-le-Clay

The small church of All Saints Foston is a beautiful, spiritual and historic place of worship rooted within the community. There has been a church in Foston since the time of the Domesday Survey. It has many interesting features including a twelfth century font, a beautiful stained glass east window and a connection with Sydney Smith, a notable 19th century parson.

The School enjoys a strong bond with the Local Methodist church and Foston Church. Foston Church is led by Revd Chris Wingfield supported by Hannah SueKarren who  are regular faces in school. We also have six foundation governors.

Lots of festivals are celebrated either in the Church or the Chapel and we are always looking for ways in which we can strengthen the bridges we have between us all.
